Now go to Yandex and create an account:

Then go to Yandex Money and login with your Yandex mail details:

And Finally, go here and get your Credit Card for FREE!
https://money.yandex.ru/cards/virtual
That's it! Now try your VCC on another website. And let me know. I hope it will also work for you just like mine!
